In the middle of old-Bologna in the nieghborhood of San Donino, sits a little hole-in-the-wall restaurant called the Scrambler Food Factory.
An homage to not only the iconic 70's Ducati cafe racer "Scrambler," line, but a testament to American culture, specifically the free-wheeling Southern California 60's that made the entire scrambling lifestyle famous.
The decor is ALL about the scrambler, with every sort of memorabilia or branded material artfully arranged in every corner.
There are tanks and bodywork, bottles and helmets... all with a Scrambler theme.
In fact, there is an entirely disassembled Ducati Scrambler on the wall.
