Ducati Revs NorthEast 2019 with Roger Lee Hayden

The last couple posts have been about track days...

and the next few are NOT going to be any different.   I'm going to DUCATI REVS!!

Late July at New York Safety Track Day 2

Tomorrow is our friend Melissa's Ladies Invitational Track Day, but today I'm spending the day with my boys.

Tommy's trackbike gets a lift

While my track bike sits at Ducati New York (after crashing a couple weeks ago at NYST),  I helped out Tommy bring his track bike in for service from his dads house.

TwoWheelTuesday at Spiegel

You know it's springtime when the motorcycles come back out on Tuesday nights to a little cafe in the East Village on 1st Avenue and 2nd Street called Spiegel for what's now becoming the city's pre-eminent bike night.

We had a whole bunch of Ducs out, and then I had a special opportunity to submit a question to Ducati's Andrea Dovisioso that he might read out on social media, which my friend Paul had come up with.

Season Opener at NJMP

The Ducati New York Track Experience was so amazing last week, I'm spending the entire weekend at the track this weekend, but with a different crew, the club outfit EvolveGT.

Ducati Trivia at Apulia with Rockwell Cycles

Panigale V4R Reveal at Ducati New York with Gotham Ducati

Ducati New York invited Gotham members and customers out last night to preview the 2019 Ducati Panigale V4R, a homologation superbike with 231hp and winglets capable of delivering 60lbs of downforce at 150mph, perfect for the West Side Highway of course.

2018 Ducati World Presidents Meeting Day 1: Bologna

Today is the first day of the World Presidents Meeting.
I got off the plane from Casablanca, to be greeted by Lamborghinis at the Bologna Airport.
I didn't really know what to expect, but was hoping I had Wifi to call a cab to our hotel.
Fortunately, I stumbled on a couple fellows with a "Ducati" emblazoned clipboard, and although I wasn't technically on the list,
ushered me into a pristine, new commuter van and took me half an hour down the road,
right by the Ducati factory in Borgo Panigale.

I wasn't really sure what to expect,
but I was ready for anything.
The hotel was called the HOTEL AMADEUS BOLOGNA
Indirizzo: Via Marco Emilio Lepido, 39, 40132 Bologna BO, Italia Telefono: +39 051 403040
And I didn't really know anyone.
But there were throngs of Ducati fanatics, that seemingly knew each other for years.
After picking up some intro materials, I was quickly offered a beer,
and introduced to the world's most passionate Ducatisti.

Next up: WPM Ducati World Presidents Meeting Day 2
