1997 Ducati 916 Senna Edition Superbike

This liquid-cooled special edition "Senna" 916 is likely my favorite motorcycle of all time, designed by Massimo Tamburini, who revolutionized how motorcycles should be built.
Tamburini got  Formula One legend Ayrton Senna to approve the use of his name on a special version of the Ducati 916 to aid his children's charity foundation.
The Senna 916 was signified by the silver and grey color scheme, which became incredibly desirable to collectors.
This 916is 194 out of 300 in 1997(1000 overall) production Sennas ever made.

I had never actually seen on but in pictures before I had the chance to go to Barber Motorsports.
Beautiful from the front and the back, my 996 pales in comparison to the pristine beauty of this machine.
