IMOC 2018 35th Annual Italian Motorcycle Owners Club Rally

Bimota V DueI've been to the IMOC (the International Motorycle Owners' Club Rally) three out out of the past four years, and was excited to get to go this year as an official Ducati sponsored event!

DESMO DOC 2016 16th Annual BBQ

I've been running around like crazy this weekend.

One of the prettiest Ducati's I've seen, I'm pretty sure this was built from a 900SS.

Star of the show? A couple of beautiful 1991 Ducati 851 Raymond Roche Replica Superbike Racers
I will write a ride report of the East Coast Ducati rider's club's trip up to Massachussets, but I wanted to catalogue some of the best classic bikes at this year's IMOC (Italian Motorcycle Owner's Club) rally.

2015 15th Annual DESMO BBQ

The atmosphere was a bit subdued this year at DESMO Ducati Owner's Club.   I've gotten a few tickets over the past few weeks, and more than a few friends (or friends of friends) have had some motorcycle-related drama.

Ducati Desmosedici RR on Display

The story goes that the owner crashed his Ducati Desmosedici RR, and needed a bunch of bodywork done, so he brought it to Rockwell Cycle. This bike was apparently his daily ride, which is rather incredible as there were only 1500 of these motorcycles ever made and they cost $72,500 new in 2006.

Rockwell Cycle and DESMO Ducati Holiday Parties

Drove up to Bear Mountain for the first time (in a car) for Rockwell Cycle's annual holiday party.  The staff is fantastic, and I got to see my buddy's brand new white 899.  Great food, music and a bunch of pretty Ducs.
Merry Christmas! Santa's real ride...
