Joshua cooks 52lbs of Prime Rib for the East Coast Ducs

The master chef of Mu Ramen fame, who happens to a so be a massive Ducati motorcycle enthusiast and East Coast Duc member, invited the club to spend the afternoon dining with him and 52 lbs of mouthwatering, dry-aged prime rib steaks and watching MotoGP.

I missed the last event he was generous enough to host at his restaurant, so I wasn't going to miss this,

even though three times as many people RSVP'ed.
Just look at these steaks! They make Anna Karenina look like a brochure...
We met up at Columbus Circle (as per usual), and rode over to the East Side, headed for the Island, and ultimately Glen Cove.
We had several new riders, and a number of people came with spouses and significant others.
With a few bike issues with my 996, I hadn't had a chance to see a bunch of friends since the winter, so it was great to get out on the road with some of my brethren.

Shawn, looking ever classy as fuck
The bikes were cool, but...
the steak was spectacular,

Fat finger for scale, pointing at one of the 4-5 lb steaks
setting a high standard of dining for this rugged motorcycle gang.
The BBQ was an excellent party, and we were humbled by our host's generosity.
The fourth round of MotoGP in Jerez in Spain had taken,  I unfortunately had to leave before everybody watched the rebroadcast of the race.
